Chi Mei's polycarbonate (PC) materials are divided into general grade, weather-resistant grade, flame-retardant grade, and high flow grade. The general grades include PC-110 and PC-115, while the weather-resistant grades include PC-110U, PC-122U, and PC-115U. The flame-retardant grades consist of PC-6500, PC-6600, PC-6610, and PC-6715VT, with the high flow grade represented by PC-122.

Today, I would like to highlight Chi Mei's transparent flame-retardant PC material. This material has a flame-retardant rating of UL94-V0 at 1.5 mm, a heat distortion temperature of 125 degrees, and an impact strength of 60. The 1.5 mm V0 flame-retardant infrared-transparent PC material is modified from Chi Mei's transparent flame-retardant PC material, achieving an infrared transmittance of over 90%, with a transmittance of up to 92% at a wavelength of 940 nm. It is widely used in infrared functional components for home appliances, electronic parts, and automotive applications.

Topo New Material modifies and colors Chi Mei PC as the base material, with common modification directions including glass fiber reinforced PC, flame-retardant PC, reinforced flame-retardant PC, and infrared-transparent PC.
